Meet The Team
Xavier McIntyre is a CSCS-certified strength and conditioning coach, entrepreneur, and former Division 1 football player passionate about developing elite athletes. His journey in athletics began as a walk-on at Houston Christian University, where he worked his way up to become a starter and team leader, ultimately playing a key role in the school’s first winning season and earning a full scholarship—the first walk-on in HCU history to do so.
With a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and extensive experience in strength training, athletic development, and sports science, Xavier has dedicated his career to helping athletes maximize their performance. He has worked with top athletes across multiple sports, designing science-backed training programs incorporating periodization, sport-specific movement analysis, and evidence-based strength and conditioning principles.
Beyond coaching, Xavier founded OrganicX, a sports hydration brand created to provide all-natural, science-driven hydration solutions for athletes and active individuals. With OrganicX, he combines his expertise in nutrition, sports performance, and business development, building a brand that reflects his commitment to health, discipline, and high-level athletic performance.

Theo Plowden is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in sports, coaching, and mentorship. He holds an ACE certification and brings extensive experience as a former professional basketball player overseas and a professional bodybuilder. As a championship-winning head coach, Theo has a proven track record of leading teams to success. His leadership extends beyond the court—he is also a certified life coach dedicated to helping individuals unlock their full potential.
In addition to his athletic and coaching accomplishments, Theo is passionate about education and mentorship. He has served as a middle school math teacher and was the president of the Pivot 6 Mentorship Organization, where he played a pivotal role in guiding young people toward success. With his unique combination of athletic, academic, and leadership expertise, Theo is committed to empowering others to achieve their goals, both in fitness and in life.

Rayshawn Henderson is a former Division 1 football player with extensive experience competing at the highest levels of the sport. From 2015 to 2018, he played as a Defensive End and Defensive Tackle for Weber State University, where he demonstrated exceptional strength, agility, and football intelligence. After college, he pursued professional opportunities, transitioning to linebacker and working out for both the Canadian Football League (CFL) and the XFL.
Beyond his football career, Rayshawn has immersed himself in the fitness and performance training industry. Following his participation in a bodybuilding competition, he shifted his focus to coaching and personal training. Leveraging his deep knowledge of strength, conditioning, and athletic development, he now helps others achieve peak performance. With over five years of experience as a Pass Rushing Coach, Rayshawn has trained elite athletes in technique, explosiveness, and defensive strategy.
Today, as a certified ISSA personal trainer, Rayshawn specializes in guiding clients—ranging from athletes to general fitness enthusiasts—toward their ultimate fitness goals. Through structured training programs, expert coaching, and a championship mindset, he empowers individuals to unlock their full potential.
